The Before

This home was a genuinely fun exterior to tackle. It combines stucco, MDF siding (medium density fiberboard), and unpainted brick, plus a fence that was overdue for a fresh stain.

The stucco and trim had faded evenly across the whole house, and the original colors were not giving it any character. There were also damaged siding boards at several vulnerable spots. Todd said the variety is exactly what made it fun. Step One: Pressure Washing Before Painting

Before any prep or paint happened, the exterior got a full pressure wash from one of our in-house technicians. We cleaned away years of dust, pollen, cobwebs, debris, and loose or chalking paint.
